Website Terms of Service ABC Education Group (“Terms”)

Definitions

Website – The ABC Education Group internet service, available at abceducationgroup.pl, operated by the Service Provider.

Service Provider – ABC Education Group LLC (American registered company number 10237075-0160); 361 Newbury Street, 5th Floor #5192, Boston, MA 02115. When terms such as “we”, “our”, “us”, etc. are used in the Terms, they refer to the Service Provider.

Service Recipient – any entity using the Website, including the services available on it.

Consumer – A Service Recipient who is a natural person using the Website without direct connection to their business or professional activity.

Privileged Entrepreneur – A Service Recipient who is a natural person concluding a contract (or taking actions leading to the conclusion of this contract) based on the Terms, directly related to their business activity, but not having a professional character for them.

Privileged Service Recipient – A Service Recipient who is a Consumer or Privileged Entrepreneur.

On our Website, we provide digital services indicated below in the Terms (“Services” or “Service”).

Single Diploma, Dual Diploma, and Exchange Programs educational programs

Basic Services – Using Basic Services on the Website is free, completely voluntary and depends on your will. To use a Basic Service, you should use the appropriate Website functions. We begin providing the Basic Service when you start using this Service. You can resign from the provision of the Basic Service at any time without incurring any costs, by stopping using this Service.

Complaint Handling

Please submit any complaints regarding the Website and Services through the Contact Point, whose details are indicated at the beginning of the Terms.

We handle complaints within 14 days of receiving them.

Other Service Provisions

Each use of the Service regulated in this document constitutes a separate contract, and its current content – in the form of these Terms – is available on the Website.

It is prohibited to provide unlawful content through the Services.

The contract is concluded in Polish, for the time and purpose of providing the Service. The contract is governed by Polish law, subject to the next sentence.

The choice of Polish law for a contract concluded under the Terms with a Consumer does not revoke or limit your consumer rights under the mandatory provisions of law applicable to you in situations where there is no choice of law. This means in particular that if the national provisions applicable to you provide broader consumer protection than resulting from these Terms or Polish law – this broader protection applies.

In case of any dispute related to the contract, if you are not a Privileged Service Recipient, the competent court will be the court with jurisdiction over our registered office.
